The MTF Non-Transplantable Program

Through our Non-Transplantable Tissue Program, tissue which has been ruled out for transplant purposes is made available to the academic research community. Categories for rejection include microbial contamination of tissue, additional findings at autopsy or positive or conflicting assay results. All such research projects are reviewed by the Foundation's Senior Scientific Advisor and the Foundation's Medical Director for scientific appropriateness and feasibility of design prior to inception.
