DBX:
Demineralized Bone Matrix
MTF's family of osteoinductive DBM's may be used in conjunction
with spinal fusion grafts to ensure reproducible fusion outcomes, or in
conjunction with many of the MTF bone void fillers to increase osteoinductivity
and promote host bone growth. DBX putty has quickly become the #1 choice of
surgeons for DBM formulations.

Bone Void Fillers: Orthopaedic
Allografts
MTF offers orthopaedic allograft tissues which act as bone void
(defect) fillers, and structural grafts, and are available for osteo defects,
trauma, tumor resection and hip and knee revisions. The osteoinductive
properties of our demineralized orthopaedic allograft tissues promote bone formation,
optimize healing and accelerate patient return to function. Our wide variety
of tissues provides choices for simplifying surgical reconstruction and
correction.

Spine (Traditional Forms)
Surgeons use MTF allografts to perform cervical fusions, lumbar fusions, and other types of spinal correction surgery – restoring spinal function and enhancing patient’s lives. MTF offers traditional spinal fusion grafts that incorporate cortical and dense cancellous structures. From ICW’s to patella wedges, these tissue forms offer surgeons a wider variety of options that simplify surgery and meet patient needs.

Sports Medicine Allografts
MTF
sports medicine tissues are available for ACL and other ligament reconstructions,
cartilage repair and meniscal transplantation. Our aseptic processing
maintains the biomechanical properties of sports medicine allografts without
altering their appearance.

ACL Reconstruction
MTF provides a wide variety of allografts for primary and revision
ACL reconstruction, allowing you to avoid the patient morbidity and potential
complications associated with autograft. Our tissue selection includes
Patellar Bone-Tendon-Bone, Achilles Tendon, Anterior Tibialis Tendon,
Posterior Tibialis Tendon, Semitendinosis Tendon, Gracilis Tendon,
Quadriceps Tendon and Peroneus Longus Tendon. All tendons are aseptically processed to ensure the
highest quality.

Osteochondral Grafts for Cartilage Repair
MTF provides fresh refrigerated osteochondral allografts for focal or
diffuse articular cartilage damage. A proprietary storage media maintains
cell viability, allowing introduction of living chondrocytes to the implant
site. Osteochondral allografts eliminate the pain and morbidity associated
with autogenous grafting.

Meniscal Transplantation
Meniscal allografts are the
treatment of choice for patients with a subtotal or total meniscectomy.
They help stabilize the joint, relieve pain, maintain joint space, increase
condylar contact area and absorb shock.

Large Grafts: Structural
Repair Allografts
MTF provides general orthopaedic tissues for structural support and reconstruction
of the tumor resection. They are available for osteo defects, trauma,
tumor resection, as well as hip and knee revisions. MTF also provides
surgeons with the most extensive inventory of large grafts of any tissue
bank. From femoral heads to tibial shafts, MTF provides the precise allograft
to meet patient needs. For more information on our graft matching program,

Synthes Spine: Precision Spinal
Allografts
MTF provides surgeons with cortical fusion grafts including technique
specific precision shapes. Cortical struts and shafts permit surgeons
to custom shape the graft while precision grafts provide intricate design
and consistent sizing. Additionally, MTF's family of osteoinductive DBM's
may be used in conjunction with these grafts to ensure reproducible fusion
outcomes. Surgeons use MTF allografts to perform cervical fusions, lumbar
fusions and spinal corrections—restoring spinal function and enhancing
patients’ lives.
