Our business divisions

Administration  The Administration Division provides the day-to-day operational support to the business units.  The Administration Division is made up of Accounting and Finance, Facilities, Contract Administration and Human Resources.

Donor Services — The Donor Services Division focuses on donor-related education and support, performing donor recoveries and creating and maintaining relationships with members in the community of donation. The International Institute for the Advancement of Medicine (IIAM) and Statline, are subsidiaries of MTF and work closely with the Donor Services Division. IIAM provides donated human tissues for research into cures and treatments for human diseases. Statline is the communications link that screens donors, triages referrals and provides detailed reporting to clients. Its services include DonorTrac, an Electronic Donor Record Management System and Oasis, a medical screening criteria infrastructure for Transplant Centers.

Processing Operations — The Processing Operations Division maintains the safety and integrity of our tissue from the time the tissue is received through processing, packaging and shipping. This largest division of the organization also includes our Information Technology department. 

Quality Assurance and Regulatory Affairs — The Quality Assurance and Regulatory Affairs Division sets many of the quality standards required by MTF, FDA, AATB, ISO and various international organizations.This group also performs internal and external quality audits and maintains MTF’s FDA-validated controlled document system. 

Research and Development — The Research and Development Division is comprised of Scientists, Engineers and Technicians who thrive on bringing solutions to recipient needs by developing safe and effective tissue products.

Sales and Marketing —Our Sales and Marketing staff work closely with many professionals in the health care industry to determine and offer the best tissue solutions to our clients. This Division includes National Sales and Marketing, Product Marketing, Client Services, and Sales Training.
